For a number of years, my students and my colleagues have urged me to create a website that they could download useful files. Hence, I created this website for all college students and professors to ensure consistency throughout the curriculum at the University of Phoenix. For example, the website provides an APA Sixth Edition Sample Paper, Code Sheet for Grading Comments, and Learning Team Tips.

Learning Teams are an essential part of the academic experience for students. In addition to providing a supplemental learning environment for mastery of course content, learning teams provide students with an opportunity to develop and refine teamwork skills.
Teams must include a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 students (no more or less allowed). The average time allowance for meeting team assignment requirements is approximately 5 hours per week for an undergraduate class and 4 hours for a graduate class. Students are expected to determine the learning team meeting modality (and possible location) for each team meeting. Students do not have to meet face-to-face, nor should they insist that students who cannot meet face-to-face because of life constraints meet in this modality. Many options are open to students including email, teleconferencing, instant messaging, small group work, and independent work. There should be some expectation that face-to-face meetings will occur under certain circumstances (rehearsing for presentations, compiling papers etc.).
Students need the following materials provided on this website:
1. Learning Team Charter
2. Learning Team Charter Addendum
3. Learning Team Status Report
4. Learning Team Evaluation
Each Learning Team is required to complete and turn in an appropriately completed Learning Team Charter containing the Project Plan and Role Assignment Sheet with appropriately assigned roles by Workshop 2 of this course.
Each Learning Team is required weekly to complete and turn in a Learning Team Log detailing the team activities. The log will count towards participation and must include the names of the team members assigned to each role. Failure to complete logs indicates that the team did not meet and did not meet the requirements of the class. Logs should be completed before class begins so the completion does not take up classroom time.
Each student is required to turn in a Learning Team Evaluation at the end of every course.
